This owner run guesthouse is one of my favourite guesthouses in Cape Town.  The reason is that the owners are in love with the city that they live in.  They will send you off to their favourite restaurants, help you map out your activities for the day and ensure that if you do not have the time to visit Waterford Wine estate, that you at least go and shop for a bottle or two before you go.  Enjoy the tranquillity and beauty in Trevoyan's charming garden. Relax under a majestic oak tree........, take a dip in the solar-heated pool, sip a glass of Cape wine on the veranda or watch the sunset from the roofdeck

2. African Dreams Guesthouse
Picture waking up to panoramic ocean views and then strolling across to the deck where you can continue to enjoy the views over a full English breakfast. This guesthouse is located high up against the mountain in Camps Bay.  The owner Jeanette embodies the spirit of South African hospitality.  She will ensure that your every need is looked after.  They have their own on-site beautician to ensure that you relax on your holiday.  So, plan an early morning massage before sightseeing each day!

LOCATION:      Camps Bay (about 15 minutes from the City)

COST:             From R900 per room per night (small room).  The larger rooms are a bit more expensive
