1. O on Kloof

This beautiful 5* modern luxury hotel opened its doors about a year ago and has simply gotten better and better each month.
 
Gregarious Olaf has once again successfully captured the essence of hospitality, thus the inspiration for many returned visits. An exclusive oasis of tranquility amidst bustling city life graced by an ocean view falling softly on the eye, contrasted by Lion's Head.
O on Kloof offers warm hospitality, superior service and facilities with all modern conveniences. Stylish and innovative rooms with air conditioning, bar fridges plus all expected comforts and more set the trend for an unforgettable stay. Guest can retreat to the sundeck or enjoy a leisurely swim in our heated indoor pool with a fully equipped gymnasium.
This hotel is a hidden gem and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. 

This is also a good find for any "foodie" as they have their own on site chef and as such breakfasts are a highlight of the day.  One can also chose to dine in after a long day of sight seeing.

2. Welgelegen
This is a treat for those that wish to spoil themselves while on holiday in the Cape. Situated in Gardens, an old and established suburb of Cape Town at the foot of Table Mountain,   Welgelegen comprises two beautiful turn of the century houses, lovingly renovated and decorated to reflect the uncompromising commitment to style. 

Their  passion combined with their attention to detail that will leave you with wonderful memories of the Cape.

3. Hippo Boutique Hotel. 
This hotel is ideally set up for the visitor that cannot live without his computer!  Each room has a computer that is always on line.  The feel of the hotel is industrial modern!  The computers double up as TV screens and each room has a self catering cupboard.  Within the cupboard you have your own fridge, microwave, eating utensils and sink.  This hotel is ideally located on top of three wonderful restaurants and next door to a shopping centre where any supplies can conveniently be purchased.  It is very central and within walking distance of the city.

4. The Grand Daddy
For those who like to be in the centre of the city - this is the ideal hotel.  New meets old in Cape Town's latest luxury boutique hotel. Located in a Victorian building with sensational decor, smart, pared  down - a boutique hotel with modern sex appeal.
The decor has featured in many magazines and on TV in South Africa.  Facilities include the M-Bar and Lounge that is home to the hip and young at heart (open till late) and M-Cafe which is a highly rated restaurant.  In addition it is located on Long Street which is the main nightlife region of Cape Town.

5. Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel 
This recently opened small hotel is centrally located and is within easy walking distance of a large number of restaurants on Kloof Street.  Bohemian chic is their hallmark, with 12 luxuriously appointed en suite bedrooms that are decorated with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furniture using dramatic fabrics to maximum effect
Recreation areas include a lounge and a pool.  The only drawback of this hotel is that they do not have on-site parking facilities, there is however street parking on a first come, first served basis.  This parking area is manned by a 24 hour security guard and has a security camera which is connected to the desk in the reception.

The Cape Cadogan Boutique Hotel has as its presidential suite - the Owners Villa. The space is decorated in a similar style to the main Hotel with fabrics and textures forming a rich woven carpet were the classic old world style of Cape Town meets the new beautiful café society. The space includes an open plan lounge, dining area and full service modern kitchen. These spaces open up with wide double framed doors onto an outdoor deck area where comfortable lounges lie around the private plunge pool. The Villa’s bedroom suite is upstairs with an open plan bathroom perfect for those guests who are looking for comfort and simple lines. The Villa has full wireless connectivity and audio visual facilities which covers both the suite and living space
