3. COOKING LIVE WITH CONRAD GALLAGHER - The famous Irish Chef has recently opened a restaurant called Geisha Wok in Cape Town.
This one day cooking course is suitable for both amateur and advanced chefs. This one day cooking course has been designed to give you a first hand view of how a Michelin star chef turns out dishes in a professional kitchen. The course will be hosted on the first & last Saturday of each month. With the first course starting on Saturday 26 April. Cost R1200
Some exciting dishes include:

Wok-fried chicken with mango, Chinese cabbage, snow peas, soya beans, udon noodles with coriander, spring onions, chilli flakes and peanutes

Wok-fried prawns with red curry paste, shitake mushrooms, red peppers, bean sprouts, chinese mushrooms, egg noodles, pickled ginger and daikon salad.

Warm beef and Thai noodles with cucumber, em squash, soya beans, teriyaki dressing and toasted sesame seeds.
All Conrad's students will receive a complimentary Conrad Gallagher apron and a selection of recipe booklets.
Times: There is an intense cooking session from 10am to 12pm, followed by a leisurely lunch from 12 - 2pm.
Note that Conrad reserves the right to cancel a cooking course should too few bookings be taken.
