  • at 12h00 visit the charming potter with a difference David Walters for a demonstration of his work
  • 14h00 visit the Salmon Bar for an organic salmon tasting while undergoing a journey of discovery & taste
  • 18h30 interactive cooking and dinner with acclaimed Franschhoek chef Neil Jewell from the award winning Bread & Wine
